Nivel SV Direct
Direct to dealer delivery service.
Summary
The Nivel sales and marketing teams collaborated to develop a same-day delivery service for their top dealers in the Southeast region. I was assigned to lead the project and work with the marketing team’s designers. The first step was to find and select an outside vendor to create a van wrap. Once the vendor was selected, I worked with their templates to design the wrap. In addition, I worked with a sister company to develop uniforms for delivery drivers. Alongside the marketing team, we created collateral for use on the van and across various print and digital marketing initiatives.

The Van
The company had already purchased a Sprinter Van and custom wheels and tires. I contacted local vendors to get quotes, schedules, and other information. After selecting a vendor, I received template files to build the wrap design and worked with a contractor to measure and fit the van. Once the design was complete and approved, I worked with the contractor to have the van picked up and wrapped. The sales team and driver finalized the setup and fitting of the van inside before the project’s official launch.
The Uniform
After finalizing the van design, I contacted a rep with a subsidiary of Nivel’s parent company for samples of shirts, hats, and jackets so I could work with marketing leadership on selecting the components of the delivery driver’s uniform. I mocked up a few designs, and after choosing the shirt, hat, and jacket for the driver, I worked with the vendor’s rep on ordering the uniform. We also ordered additional jackets to be given as gifts during the company-wide Christmas party. I worked with the leadership of each department to preview mockup designs and gather employee sizes for their jackets.
Additional Collateral
While working on the van wrap and uniform designs, I collaborated with the senior marketing graphic designer on the business card design and a flash drive with digital copies of the Nivel catalogs and links to websites and other resources. I provided design elements and direction for the business card and flash drive.
